At Kat Aesthetic, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration caused by the customer.

Due to hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns for bedding products that have been used, washed, or are not in resalable condition.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Upon verification, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, you may do so within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets our return eligibility requirements.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
